I don’t even have the coordination necessary to workout like the people on the screen most of the time. I just do my own thing and keep moving and that’s probably good enough.

It’s hard when the world excepts you only if your healthy and “normal” especially when you’re a wife and mother the stigma is way to real. I just pray every day and night that help me a lot. ❤

We need to lobby for c-PTSD to be added to the DSM. It’s terrible that a doctor can’t even make a formal diagnosis of c-PTSD in the United States or anywhere else that relies on the DSM.

What else have u done to heal from CPTSD? I’m going to be trying emdr soon. Despite being on Ssdi for ptsd, I get a lot of flack from friends and my spouse that I should be healed by now, that therapy isn’t working or I’m not doing the right things, etc. it hurts and I’m doing all I can….do u get this from others and how do u deal with it?

I don't remember that you brought up CPTSD before. I would guess, in part based on my own experience, that it is a common condition among those on the Autism Spectrum.
