I still love the black or navy suits the best. For those on a budget—black or navy whichever fits best—with white, cream or light blue buttonup or white t-shirt for casual. Zara or H& M on a budget still looks elegant with a pair of beautiful wingtips from goodwill.

He's not wrong, I did the same thing when I worked in corporate. I just did the female version. I had only three 3pc suits and a few blouses. I wore these for 5yrs straight, mixing and matching. One day my coworkers and I were having a fashion discussion, only for them to call me out saying i always have new clothes. I laughed so hard and when I explained what I did they didn't believe me. So, do not let the fashion industry fool you into thinking you need new clothes every year. I honestly don't foĺow fashion. I wear what I like and feel comfortable in.
