I then cover the top 18 competency-based interview questions and provide you with sample answers that demonstrate how to use the STAR method effectively. These questions range from the standard "Tell me about yourself" to more challenging questions such as "Can you give an example of a time when you had to adapt to a difficult situation?" and "What do you do when you disagree with a colleague or manager?"
