I do both! I freeze and talk too little but then when I unfreeze I basically babble and say nothing of substance! Half the time, I don't even remember what I said. It's a double whammy.

I don’t know if you’ll ever read this comment but your videos prepared me so much that my interviewer stopped asking behavioral type questions and we talked for an hour. I think the part where a lot of people are struggling with is that the "best example answer" usually has some form of quantifiable achievement like $ saved, sales increased by X and or winning some kind of awards. Many people do not have this kind of achievement because sometimes it's really hard to "quantify" their work and or take full ownership of the accomplishment because it's usually a team work and not an individual effort (especially in a big company and if you are entry level to junior level employee).
