How long do you leave the foil on fingers? I Try that today with professional gel Polish remover for about 10 minutes and nothing do you have to wait 30 minutes or longer with the foil on your fingers?

it helps mine from breaking so they do get longer but when they pop off or i remove them, the nail underneath is brittle and shredding, any tips?

Yuk. Dip powders are nail glue and acrylic powder. Not healthy at all.
