Hi Tony, I am totally new to FTP. May I know whether I can transfer the entire folder from local PC to remote server using FTP commands? Is there a command for this as so far I only managed to find file transfer but not folder command

Hey. Great tutorial. I have a script that I run automatically to perform all the FTP commands. I need to do the MDELETE command, which works great. However, if the MGET command fails, I do not want to perform the MDELETE. Question 1) can I monitor for an error and quit prior to next command. 2) how do I copy the FTP file to another directory like archive prior to the MGET? Ex. Copy all files FTP folder TEST into FTP TEST/ARCHIVE.
