Does it delete everything or just the c drive? I have a partition i keep data on drivers and stuff

if anyody was having the same issue as I was it says cant load in  error turn off the pc then hold shift count to 4 or 5 and then let go the computer then has a nice soft reboot and its thing should go back on so u don't have to do a hard reboot this night work for some ppl might not work for others

Dont show any system recovery option when i press f11 in hp notebook 15 when i press it window start automatically
