10000% Thank you for a simple, SHORT, reset video!! Worked like a charm. I didn't reconnect to the Wi-Fi right away and I got an error right after the first continue and thought I did something wrong, as soon as I reconnected, worked as the video described!

Mine has 500.28 GB Apple SSD AP0512H Media and right under it has a disk Untitled. Do I Erase this? I have no Macintosh HD option. And the screen to select Disk Utility is OS X Utilities. Help!!!
