Hello. I'VE A QUESTION ABOUT TIME 2:18 . I've win 8.1. I've C and D partition. Partition D: has System Volume Information folder and recycle bin. I want to reset pc (to win8.0) ... should I delete D drive files? (There are 2 options. Only c or all drives)

I want to still have the factory reset option in the future...
And clean pc (delete many restore points, and files)
What should I do? I don't know if delete D: (system volume information) its important to make factory reset in the future...
