Here is a collection of simple daddy techniques for lifting heavy loads without pain. In this short video,
- I tilt with ease a load (75kg) which is heavier than me (60kg)
- I don't bend on my knees
- I preserve my back.
Anyone can do this type of manual handling technique. It's just a matter of training body awareness and control for 3 months, and applying the techniques to all your daily life activities.
