Therapy is not going to solve your mental health issues, but it will give you the tools to view your problems in a reasonable way and plan accordingly.

Though I agree with what she’s saying, I don’t like the arrogance with which she speaks. It’s like “I’m the expert, I know.” All she has is an opinion like everyone else. Psychologists need WAY more humility about what they know.

I like the push toward nutritional psychology whereby organic vegetables are high on the menu minimizing glyphosate in the tissues along with the five Commodities the USDA promote as the Western diet. Proper nutrition minimizes plaque plaque in the liver, kidneys and noodle. This woman doesn't mention that in the teaser
