Finally, someone has the guts to speak the truth. What a relief.

He has been treating people with diet for 30+ years, he knows it works.

Thanks Lou! If you have always eaten a SAD diet (standard American diet) you have no idea how GOOD you can feel! Try it! 30 days just like Lou suggested... you will have more energy and feel GREAT! Better than you have ever felt!

He's not assuming that diet is effective against breast cancer just because he's unhappy with the experiments that say it's not. He's looking at cultures/diets where breast cancer is virtually non-existent. I don't know, to me that's pretty compelling

he's been treating ppl for decades with a host of degenerative diseases including breast cancer...so he's talking on a little more than an assumption...don’t you think endemic negligence is something one COULD get frustrated and as such emotional about? – no? Are you heartless/psychotic?!!
..perhaps, if you’re looking for more detail YOU should read some of the literature on the subject of cancer/all degenerative diseases, and there unanimous positive response to lifestyle changes ;)

I think what he means is that HIS diet was not yet tested by the "mainstream studies" and he assumes his diet is effective against cancer based on low rates of this disease on the countries in which the diets are similar to what he recommends- high carb/low fat.

Diet is most important. Sadly most people are generally not ready to accept this and the changes required seem to most as unsurmountable obstacles. I do want to point out small point as it is..MOST women on chemo do not throw up for a year. Nausea is much better controlled now and many work through chemo. Just saying...demonizing medical care isn't going to carry the point any further. Stick to spreading the good word- eat healthy and balance.

Look at the Asian women's diet and historically no breast cancer--until McDonald's, et. al.

You're just looking for an excuse to keep consuming animal products.

The logic here is not very compelling. He talks about how the tests have not been done to conclusively prove that diet can do something about breast cancer, then he says - assuming the positive, what will women do to keep their breasts and stay alive ... very powerful emotional language, but he is pre-assuming that diet is effective against breast cancer just because he is unhappy with the experiments that say that diet is not effective against it. It is convoluted "marketing: type logic.

So far when I hear this guy talk, and I've listened to quite a few of his videos and lectures, he is always emotional, sarcastic and hyperbolic. Whether he is right or wrong on this, and I think he is at least on the right side, this is not the way to carry on this discussion. What a disappointment.

I've read the literature and I've seen others talking about it, and I don't like this guy. He did a video where he went into all this talk about Steve Jobs' death like he knew enough about Job's personal business to make these claims, and it was really nasty. When he quotes and talks about facts, I'm with him, but when he engages in all that slick sales talk, forget it.
