Things I've Found Out Through Out my testing bcs 60 fps didn't feel like 60 fps:

1. Whenever you launch the game, it initially has insanely high disk usage, causing significant stuttering. However, it smooths out after a while. I’m guessing it’s creating a disk cache for faster teleportation across the map.

2.The Nvidia Reflex set to "On + Boosted" usually makes the 0.1% low FPS fluctuate significantly. I have it turned off in-game but force-enabled via the Nvidia app set to "On" (not "On + Boosted" Turn it off Completely if you're okay with playing at 60fps input delay) .

3.The Capsule AO (Ambient Occlusion) setting causes a noticeable performance dip in terms of 0.1% low FPS (Tested without a CPU/GPU bottleneck). Turning it off will give you better 0.1% low performance.

And keep that in mind that Unreal Engine 4 isn't the best when it comes to Performance Optimizations (main reason: It cant pre Compile all the shaders) Vs Unity. Hope this helps!

Needs tons of optimization. I have an r5 3600 paired with a 2070 gpu and 60 fps doesn't feel like 60 fps. Occasional stutters and random beeping is annoying. I run shadow of the tomb raider at 1080p getting 145 to 160 fps. Doesn't nake any sense why I get stutters in this game.

I'm curious where they are playing this game is it from the official website or at epic game store, since for me i played at the Official and the game runs amazing since day one there was a small quick stutter at the start but that's just the game loading up textures but once the patches started rolling in the stutter is gone. i'm using a rx 6600

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F 2.10 GHz: Nvidia RTX 4070. 32gb Ram. These are my specs and great for demanding games. This is overkill for withering waves. I suffered from stuttering too. And i also Have an Omen monitor with 240hz. Had my Pc for 6 months now still pretty new. My best friend recently got an Omen gaming laptop for his birthday. I was there when he unwrapped it. It's an i7 16gb ram, NVidia RTX 4060 and 240hz. He has the stuttering issue as well. Must be from the devs network. Has to be. Also, my internet sucks.

Thats weird because i play max settings full 4k with no stuttering with 4060ti 16gb.

Don't know if this gonna help someone, but i made this game run smoother by simply setting 60fps cap in riva tuner; 1% low is closer to 60fps most of the time, 0.1% still jumps from time to time. Overall framerate and frametime graphs should look more smoother and so ur gameplay.

r5 3600+GTX 1660 some minor stuttering but not like yours, one thing that's making my game lag is the Vsync and if i lower my settings its becoming more lager so I set mine to ultra runs 60fps most of the time and boss battles. minor stuttering on fast movements on some area while exploring. also increase your shader Cache that definitely fix mine and others who have stuttering issue.

You say stuttering, but it drops like 2 fps max, the human eye cant even notice the difference between 60 and 58, I go from solid 60 all the way down to 20 and below with an 1800X and RTX 2060, my 1800X sucks, I am upgrading to this cpu, and the difference is going to be beyond noticeable for me, plus the game has gotten optimizations, in 1.1 they are gonna raise the fps cap to 120 too
so....also another thing I find curious is how it only utilizes 40% of my cpu and gpu even with my far worse cpu, it seems like it doesn't fully utilize your hardware, meaning it probably could run decent even on my current cpu, but just can't in its current state

somehow my system its kinda similar at yours 5700x and rtx 2070 super, i do feel yanky but not like yours setup really weird....

Im playing at 8k on 3080 ti and r5 7600 with no 1% stutters, im pretty sure turning off nvidia reflect fixed it

Have you tried running Wuthering Waves directly like windows version not from Epic games?

cap fps with riva tuner for better frame times, i see that shit isnt stable

Its a new game and they are doing a ton of patches in 1.1 so it will most likely be patched then

This game is built with Unreal engine 4, so this game requires you to have your shader cache built before you can move to a new area or if anything new effect or character pops up on your screen, so I suggest you use Nvidia control panel to increase your shader cache size and make sure you have enough space on c drive for it, not to mention this game will play much better on an ssd when it comes to it . What I have noticed is that they have added pre shader cache compilation on android which makes things easier but on pc this process does not exist, for some odd reason they decided not to add it. I think this is why we have massive stutters. I have 8700k i7, and rtx 3070 I have no issues with stuttering. I am also using resizable bar and unlocked my framerate and getting roughly around 98-110 fps here.

Not sure about your basis of smooth gameplay but I'm at UL34 finished the story and grinding echo with no issues in my PC so far.

Is the game on a SSD? Or HD? The difference is huge 2070 RTX no issues i7 biggest difference is hard drives from my experience

Looks like the sign of an unoptimized Windows.

60fps doesnt feel like 60fps bc its stutter and reason 2 is holly sh*t those 1% lows are GARBAGE

What's unbelievable is how you think you can make tech videos without even understanding your own performance metrics. YOUR CPU IS ONLY RUNNING AT 16% my dude, and that's while you're recording too.

Can you test performance of SD 4 Gen 2(Redmi 12 5g) on Solo leveling Arise?
