Dr. Lisa, I just wanted to let you know how much your exercise program has meant to me. I was diagnosed with osteopenia years ago which is slowly progressing. I love the way you explain what each exercise is doing for your body. Also, I appreciate the way you explain how to do each exercise properly. Then we practice the exercise quicker. I sincerely believe you’re one of the best instructors here on YouTube and I’m so glad that I came across you. Thank you for the yoga that you have done. I would like to see more classes for yoga where you can use your own body for weights instead of external ones.
