Honestly I find that the hardest part is breath management. Maintaining an even breathing rhythm made all the difference for me, and after a couple of months I was able to hold out till the end.

I managed to complete this twice yesterday. My previous personal best was around the 2:30 mark. I simply truly decided that I was going to complete it and I managed it, twice in the same day. It has shown me that so much of this stuff really is mental strength.

PART 2 (Re-Uploaded because for some reason Youtube deleted my comment so here it is again. Also sorry to everyone who commented before Youtube took it down I still appreciated your support!)

If you are new to this particular adventure, this is Part 2 of my journey in trying to complete this challenge. So just to get you up to speed, I started this challenge from absolute zero, I couldn't do any pushups at all. I started with knee pushups and completed the challenge that way, afterwards I started on real pushups and I managed to get to 1:55 as my PB. Shortly after that I got injured on my right shoulder (turns out I have really bad and weak tendons... 😢) and so I had to pause the challenge to do physical rehab... Anyway I'm almost finished with it and I will be taking 1 week of vacations afterwards. When I come back I'm back on the real deal and I'm seeing this through! Let's get it!! 💪😊😊
