Will try it tomorow. Day 5 on the press-up 1.29 completed the squat 2 days on the trot boy the press-up 1 is immensely hard

Made it on the first attempt, not very difficult. You can make it more difficult by not holding your knees with your arms.

This one was easy I made it all the way through. Hands behind my head the whole time. I pointed my toes and kept my shoulders off the ground.
