Let's do the Bring Sally Up challenge together! My 🍑 and legs are definitely feeling the burn, and yours will too.

💪 It takes only 3 minutes per day. If you feel more comfortable doing it every other day, go ahead!

🍋 Squats are one of my favorite exercises. They're so versatile that you can incorporate them in every routine – fast or slow, at the gym or home. They can strengthen your cardiovascular system, promote weight loss, tone your lower body, and build muscle. And the best part? No equipment is necessary.
