Thank you. I sometimes go in digital detox just because I need to spend time either in nature or reading a book for example. This is not something bad as your mind & body also needs time outside of screens. Then you can connect again with more power & passion ❤
Connection is incredible but you need physical stimuli as well so I recommend to try this and coming back recharged.

1) I have control of my emotions, no worries there.
2) I've set boundaries and have lost friends.
3) Only got 1 these days... and he gets busy (but that's life). We still talk from time to time and laugh about stupid little jokes.
4) Hobby/Goal... got hobbies, new goal is to go to college again.
5) healthy lifestyle... well, I don't eat as much "junk food" these days.
6) Gratitude... always have this: I'm thankful for the people that come and go in my life, I'm thankful for my abilities, thankful for the friend I still have, and I'm thankful for the people that have come and gone in my life... changing my view and knowing that some I've saved from suicide.

really been needing this these days. I realized my college term right now is so much more difficult than what I thought it would be and I've been trying to build better habits with no good progress so far.

I make myself move even though I have no energy or motivation. It usually ends up I feel better after. But if not, it’s still an accomplishment to be proud of!
