LLms in corporate chatbots often end up in jailbreaks and hallucinations. Would be interesting to learn how (if) Google Cloud ensures this will not happen

I am currently working in Gen APP Builder, I do not see a place "Gen App Builder" or " Diagflow CX" the functionality of "Natural language Prompts" to build out Flows, Intents, Pages etc" as described in the video @ 13:00 min in. Is thus future functiuonality or am I missing something inside of Diagflow CX??

This video is completely USELESS because of Microsoft's subpar AI engineering. I was guided here after Microsoft AI answered the same question 4 times in a row incorrectly even after I had changed the query. I had asked a different question and Microsoft AI continued to answer my previous question over and over. Is management and engineering inept and asleep at the wheel at Microsoft?
