for those of you who want a time saver 3:46
Remember, you're told to solve for the product of a and b, which is also known as "ab"
The green terms already have "ab" so we can solve for the what the two constants multiply two, instead of solving for a and b individually
1. divide by x^2 on both sides (-22 = -ab - 12)
2. add -12 to both sides (-10 = -ab)
3. divide by -1 on both sides (10 = ab)
