You got this! Hack for your chicken nuggets after you combine the ingredients in food processor put it on plastic wrap or pacarment paper, roll into a long skinner log shape and put in the freezer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, when it's firm you can unroll it cut in slices, bread and cook. I struggled for 10 months before I found what works for me (frustrating) I just kept reminding myself we are all different and found what works for me.

I have found cheese and bacon to be my carnivore binge foods. So I portion control them (I cut, parcel and freeze daily serves).

I was keto first. On carnivore I gained weight. Recently I did 3 day Sardine fast, then changed my diet to maitain a higher level Ketosis and have found my weight is going down again.

For me mental health is the main focus. I would wear a few extra kilos to feel amazing.

I think you hit the nail on the head! I’m the opposite, if I don’t have a grab and go meal available, I’ll say forget about eating all together. I open fridge blindly staring into the abyss. Close it and don’t eat.

Your complexion is much more clear and your face is glowing in the "interruption" part. I can also tell that it's thinner. It's obviously working and I'm happy for you. You're always so open and honest, which is refreshing!

Those all look great! I make the 2krazyketos' chicken nuggets often, but I do it using already ground chicken. Saves time since I now don't have to clean my food processor 🙌

Wow! Before you even mentioned anything about your face being less puffy, that's the first thing I noticed when you went to the new edited part. Your face looks so much slimmer! That's crazy how fast things can change with some tweaks. I think meal prepping will be your best friend when it comes to BED. You're doing amazing and I am so happy for you! I, for one, see a TREMENDOUS difference in the "2 weeks later" update! You look great! Some might say it's the addition of makeup in the update, but I disagree. You look healthier, more energetic and your smile is just "brighter", if that makes sense. I love the things you're doing and hoping those things will help me. Over the last couple of years, I've started looking like a hag. My skin is awful and my energy levels have slowly decreased to the point of non-existence. I never thought of the way I ate as "binging", but once you said that in this video, I started thinking about it, and yes, that's what I did. I had a 26/27 BMI at 177lbs for many, many years. Nothing changed and as long as I didn't gain weight, I was happy. If I gained a single pound I began a mad dash to eat that one meal a day as healthy as possible. Healthy(ish) food, not healthy portions. I honestly ate one HUGE meal a day for many years and it was fine. I got full. But, I ate it way too late in the day, and my idea of healthy was not so much though. Two weeks ago, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol & high blood sugar (so pre-diabetes). These last 2 weeks, I've obsessed over my blood sugar and I'm testing almost constantly. This morning I woke up with a BG of 138. Not a "bad" number after a meal, but this was fasting. This is the highest so far in the last 2 weeks. I ate a "healthy" dinner, fairly early and got full, so no hunger at bedtime. I had 1c greek yogurt, 1/4c of both chopped peanuts and cashews, 5 large quartered strawberries, about 10 blueberries and 2tbs chia seeds. My BG was only 115 at bedtime, so I figured it would be around that this morning. Yeah, no. I cannot figure out what happened. Those foods that I mixed together are all low on the GI scale, but were they all so low/took so long to digest in my system that my sugar was still high like 8 hours later?

I'm doing my own research and experimenting, but I have not felt better, more energetic even one day these weeks. Even when the numbers sort of evened out. I'm guessing it takes more time than that and I'm probably dealing with insulin resistance at this point. but whatever you're doing; keep doing it! you look great and look like you're feeling better in that update. I didn't really want to say it, but you looked extremely tired in this video, but the update was a whole different woman! I recognize tired, deeply and I hope I can use your methods to get my energy back!

JEN!!! Thank you! This video share gave me a light bulb moment... I too have been struggling on & off Carnivore for the past 3 months, but you made me realize, I just need to go back to MY basics and do what works for me! I know what I need to do and how to do it! It was when I stopped weighing myself and started tracking macros and measuring things, I lost it - and I know I still have healing to do. So back to BBB&E for me.
