Fatty beef gives me my Macronutrients fat and protein and eggs and liver give me my micronutrients simply put. Bacon provides me joy

Hi Kait. This is my Carnivore meal plan. I also eat from 2pm to 6pm. But I do drink black coffee in the morning. Okay here goes.
1. 4 oz. Beef liver.
2. 10 whole eggs.
3. 16oz chicken breast.
5. 5 slices of thick cut bacon
6. 1 8oz Hamburger patty
7. 2 sasauge links. 4oz each.
8. 1 4 oz pork chop.
9. 8oz steak.
I am 50. 6ft 3in. 195lbs. I'm told I look 30. I lift weights 3 x a week. Cardio 3 x a week. I have more stamina then most men my age. And my Labido is incredible. No help needed there. My BF% is 16%. NUTRITION is the key to EVERYTHING.

Oh my!! Thank you so much!! I’ve been doing this all wrong. Always needed a larger breakfast (my main meal) but was never (satisfied-full). Knowing 4-6 eggs is not excessive will make a huge difference!!

I’m a type 1 diabetic. I’ve been doing it for 6 days now. I’m literally taking a small fraction of insulin that I used to take. This feels too good to be true.

I was actually brought up eating liver. Love it. I also love eating chicken hearts and chicken gizzard 😊 I think I may have missed the electrolyte supplement as I been feeling fatigued.

I have always cooked two eggs only, for thirty years. At cafes in Australia and the UK, it is always only two eggs with your bacon, never one or three. How interesting that is the same where you are.

For breakfast I do 4 eggs 2 ribeyes for lunch I do beef liver or salmon and I don’t eat dinner often but if I do it’s just more steak or fish

Great video for beginners, very simple. Awesome! But I would encourage you to look into the subject regarding whether or not organ meats are unnecessary on this diet. There’s some interesting information regarding how lions at a zoo were being fed raw steaks, and they all got sick until organ meats were introduced into their diet. Dr. Paul Saladino has some amazing information on this. Good call on letting people know that there are liver tablets for supplements, though! I don’t know if you caught this, but the link that you gave people has a liver supplement with kelp in it. I don’t think there’s any problem with adding that, but I just thought I would let you know.
