In this short yet potent drill session, you'll do isometric strength exercises to awaken your core muscles. Class includes controlled transitions through navasana (boat pose), where you'll use props for increased engagement, a cross-body drill that tones your core from opposite shoulder to opposite hip, and a wall-supported side plank variation for your obliques.

Working as an electrical rigger for major film production sets and testing locations can be quite labour demanding at times . At 54 I'm still in reasonable shape and I can honestly confess this has given me the edge I needed and has certainly made my challenges at work less effort burdened.

Rocky, thank you for this, and your other videos. I just learned of you a few days ago and I have been following you at Yoga International, which I had never heard of. The very first moment I saw you, I instantly knew those were the types of movements I wanted to do. You are such an excellent example of both teaching and the art of Isometrics. You are so pleasant to look upon. I think, if you're willing to do the work, Rocky will keep you in shape. Doing these movements, my body feels like I have found the precise moves that I need to be doing. Very peaceful and quiet, no jumping around, yet, strength building. Thank you!

teaching beginners may feel too much work starting in the hip flexors having the blanket on their feet... Worth mentioning as it can be a huge issue for some people with over active hip flexors....
