Inspired by SWEAT app's new Low Impact with Kayla program, this workout includes a combination of isometric and dynamic core exercises to strengthen your abdominals, obliques and deep stabilising muscles.
The workout contains three supersets with the first focusing on stability and core engagement. The second superset targets your coordination and ability to maintain core strength during movement. The third superset moves a little bit faster to get your heart rate pumping and improve your stamina.
Finish with a quick cool down to ease any muscle tension and help kickstart your recovery to get you ready for your next workout.
