My mother once had high blood pressure, which led to a stroke. I deeply regret not being able to take care of her properly. Thank you, doctor.

I'm glad Dr. Li mentioned swimming. I know everybody doesn't have easy access to a pool, but I find anything I do in the pool doesn't hurt.

Mushrooms especially Lions Maine, Reishi are great for brain health. If taken regularly can prevent Dementia from forming. As can Shilajit which is great for the brain and the gut.

But many different factors, some family's it's genetic or more chance of Dementia. Much higher chance of getting it in later life.

Eat real food, in small amounts, and infrequently. Eat fruit local and seasonal. Look to how nature works because the answers lie there.
