New to UE5? Here is how to quickly enable collision on nanite meshes in Unreal Engine 5! Useful if you want to play around with the Quixel megascans.

Complex collisions are very expensive though. Your far better off using the built-in collision creator to make a new simple collision. It's literally two clicks and it's far better than a simple box collision, the default settings are almost as good as a complex collision mesh while being FAR cheaper.

Couldn't for the life of me figure out why none of my rocks were working with collision.

After more than 4 hours of wasted time trying to understand how to manage static meshes collisions, with UE5 generating crappy convex meshes over and over, not importing my UCX meshes, searching and searching, I finally stumbled into this.
Now I want to say one thing: shouldn't it be A LOT EASIER for a newbie trying to learn to use UE for the first time, to find this kind of info?
Keep in mind I am using Unity since 15 years and know it deeply, I'm not a newbie per-se, I only don't know UE.
I think they should give it a little bit of a go at this in their own manual too.
Thank you very much, dude!

Thanks, I also want to know how to edit it for many static meshes at the same time rather than edit one by one, that's terrible.
