How do you actually create the nanite mesh from scratch? What does the texturing process look like?

Nanite is really like magic, it's so cool. I put in my scene my 3d scanned rock and duplicated it 25 times. And woooow, no fps lost. This is very cool. 😎

If using a terrain builder with a height map, can we then convert that terrain into nanite too?

Everybody talks about nanite in relation to rocks, cliffs and other organic stuff. What about hard surface assets? What if I need a sci-fi looking machine with super high level of details - what is the recommended approach for that? I mean not only modelling, but unwrapping and texturing too.

Will the gaming tutorials still work with Unreal Engine 5 or should I make my game with UE4? (Using your inventory, leveling, AI, Character screen tutorials)?

Does nanite apply to meshes already in the scene? So could I for instance convert an existing UE4 project to UE5, then open it and select any/all static meshes that are in my level, open the nesh from the browser and apply nanite to it, then the mesh instances that are already in the scene will have nanite applied to them? Ir would I need to delete and re-add the meshes to the scene again?

they mentioned at the very end of the presentation video that blueprints will receive changes. Do you have any clue what those changes are about?

So why does Epic call it Proxy Triangle Percent instead of the something that makes more sense, like "Percent of LOD0 to use for collision triangles?"

But you can't vertex paint/blend on Nanite enabled meshes right? What happens when you try to vertex paint/blend or add decal, does it crash the program or does a pop up window comes up an say you can't do it?
