I wonder how many of the bleach jobs end up going to a professional to fix their hair? The fact that Brad is blown away because to final outcome was not what he expected, makes me suspicious of the process. He’s a professional, he’s seen a lot happen, so I don’t think these ladies achieved that outcome in their own.

So often when it's a mess & in the end it's amazing I'm like...yeah, you got a professional to fix it esp. true with the first girl here. No way she fixed that herself! Otherwise she'd show us what she did to save that atrocity. And she took credit for a professional's work too!

I know how McKenna did. She got he hair fixed by a professional and then bam! Good results. It looks too good, no spots, no nothing to have been fixed with lilac semi permanent color. BS.
