Yes at the "you can always get a comb out" advice! I once got a freaking piece of velcro stuck in my hair. Really, really stuck. Right in the front. My mom wanted to cut it out. I refused. I lost quite a number of strands of hair and it took me a long time and a lot of conditioner, but I got that sucker out and didn't have to give myself weird bangs.

I have been dying my hair black at home for over a decade, and i have used DOZENS of different brands and products and i have never had what happening in that second video. I think she must have been using sharpie ink

Years ago I dyed my hair with Manic Panic's Rockabilly Blue which is there super duper highly concentrated colour -- it even said on the bottle to be careful and you need to use less colour than you would with their other colours. Well, I was younger and dumber and dumped a ton on my fairly short hair because how bad could it really be. I came out of the shower looking like a blueberry. Like severing straight up Violet from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory vibes. I remember texting my best friend in a panic. 😂
