I actually did a successful balayage on myself ONE time, somehow. I tried to replicate it a couple months later and just ended up with a bleached chunk, no seamless transition. There’s a magic to the method!

Hey Brad, I just wanted to tell you this, you might read it or not. I'm very thankful for your videos! After my depression I really stopped caring about my appearence. I stopped doing my hair, stopped doing makeup, stopped wearing nice clothes. I just didnt enjoy it anymore. But ever since I found you and your channel I'm slowly finding joy in all this again. I start to do my hair again in the morning, try out new things with my hair. Thank you!!!

That second girl is right. The “toners” that are available to the unlicensed public really don’t come in levels. They’re all level 8-10, and usually the info about what level it is isn’t even available on the box. Their are Demi permanent hair dyes, but they’re not labeled “toner”, and there usually aren’t many blonde options, compared to the bottles labeled toner.
