Healthy Savory Breakfast Muffins😍 These are such an easy and delicious breakfast idea! They are also great for meal prep🤩

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa (240 ml)
1/2 zucchini, grated
1 bell pepper, cut into small pieces
4 eggs
120 g / 4 oz. lactose-free feta, crumbled
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Spoon into greased muffin pan (you can also use silicone molds)
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degeers (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 20-25 minutes
