These are outstanding. I tried a similar recipe in Sweden over 20 years ago, but I could not find any muffin recipes like it in the US for decades (or the creme fraiche, which that recipe used, for that matter). When I came across your recipe, I was ecstatic. These muffins turn out wonderfully every single time, no matter what I do! I have added many different things, depending on what I've got on hand (sometimes, I plan what I put in them). These are out-of-this-world GOOD alone (portable snacks!), or as accompaniments to soups or salads. This is a home run recipe. I am floored the video got less than 600 likes. These are phenomenally easy (no yeast or fussiness!), savory, filling/satisfying, cheesy, and so economical/cheap to make. Plus, one muffin tin gives you goodness for days if you live alone. I often feel very sad when I eat up a batch (and that happens quickly!).

We've been making them as a regular snack for a over year now. I can't fault the recipe and you can play around with it to keep each batch different. Fantastic recipe. Get her cookbook!!!!

Was looking at savoury muffin recipes and yours came on my feed....made your med muffins but swapped ingredients to canned tuna and frozen veggies just to recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Just baked a batch . Didn’t have any green onion, threw in some corn kernels. Also added in some chilli flakes. This came out delicious…enjoying one with a cup of tea now.

Simply delicious. I did last night to take to work and have some.when I want to eat soft snack.
I just used what I had at home and anyway, it was tasty and nice.

Made these today, so delicious but came out a little too moist ? Might try adding a tad more flour next time and more baking powder/soda. Still, it was soo flavourful and yummy!
