Body cam footage shows deadly police shooting in Fort Lee, N.J.

The New Jersey attorney general's office on Friday released body cam video showing police officers shooting and killing Victoria Lee inside a Fort Lee apartment building in July. CBS News New York's Kristie Keleshian reports.

People People it's about Officer Safety that comes first not our Constitutional rights. When are citizens going to understand that the police can take anything and make it about Officer Safety. If you want to make a mental health issue worse call the police. Having the police response to a mental health problem is the worst idea in the world. 90% of police only have a 12th grade education.

This many police officers broke into a house where there was a mental health patient, but not one went into a school where there were an active shooter and numerous hostages.

It's not good when reporters immediately argue and defend law enforcement. Just report all the information. We don’t need reporters confirming and verifying one side or the other.

Working in corrections for 20 years and dealing with a lot of mental health inmates we had to assemble a n extraction team made up of 5 officers the shield man entered first as the door is opened to secure the inmate armed or unarmed and we didn’t have guns the most is chemical agent so I say that to say the officer with the shield should entered first and secure her to the wall or floor instead of shooting her because she had a dangerous particle jug of water.
