I listen to your videos every night. Iv suffered with insomnia for 5 years and tried every herbal and medical thing offered without success. A week ago my friend suggested hypnosis and I was reluctant to go due to lack of trust of the process and what the hypnotherapist may make me do lol so I watched one of your videos to see what kind of stuff is said.... This one is my favorite. It sounds great, but I think the reason it's my favorite is the way the rain looks and the picture. It's so comforting and perfect. It was a restless night for my and my girlfriend. Neither of us could fall asleep. We have stressful and anxiety provoking jobs Then i remember this secret weapon of a video and we both fell asleep in a jiffy. It’s not just that the sleep was deep and really restful.
