I truly think the biggest overlooked fact here is the phone being turned on at 433am after the search was called off that included local citizens (possible suspect) and knowing the search was postponed returned to the scene and tried dressing the girls in the dark,

Found the phone, turned it on and the entire scene lit up he panicked left the phone fearing tracking, and leaves again.

I think the search was postponed at 10pm, and there was also movement on the phone at 1030ish, idk who other than the suspect would return and lives nearby, so near he keeps coming back.To the scene...

The time it stopped moving isnt the most important thing, its also the actions of the phone needing human hands to do what it did after 230pm...
