I am a former prison officer. Hearing that the guards were allowed to wear patches on their uniforms that were not of their department is appalling. Then, to hear what was said about the guards' treatment of him and Allen is extremely concerning.
It all screams suspicious. Another department needs to go in and investigate this whole situation in the prison and get Allen out of there. I'm not saying he's not a part of the killings, but he's innocent until proven guilty. But it sounds like he could end up dead before either could be proven. If you can read then you know of the corruption in this case at the very least !

I think a lot of people forget that a major part of what defense attorneries do is making sure that their client's rights are not violated during the court process. It isn't always about proving your client is innocent, it's making sure their rights are protected while they go through the legal process.

How is the treatment of Ruchard Allen not a violation of his civil rights? He has little or no access to his lawyers. He is held basically in isolation. Guilty or not he is entitled to the same rights as any other defendant.

(Sorry for the long post)
I live in Indiana and I unfortunately have been to county jail and prison. I can tell you firsthand that there was a man incarcerated in county with mental issues for over a year. He would urinate in a cup and throw it on the guards along with fecal matter at every count. Absolutely disgusting. He would scream and yell nonstop. They would move him from population to isolation and back again. He was never moved to a prison prior to court. They dealt with it because it was their job to do so. I don't understand why Richard Allen is in a max security prison. At Wabash there's a separate building outside of the max fence for low grade inmates. Why isn't he kept there? I don't like how he's in a small room and not even able to talk face to face with his attorneys. I've been in and out of the system and so has family members and none of us ever witnessed anything like this! Ive seen guards surround an inmate, pepper spray, tackle, spear, you name it. But they can't keep Richard under control? I'm calling bs.
If he's guilty, which I don't believe he is, than yes he needs to be in prison. I've looked into the eyes of many killers and rapists from my time in prison, and you can see the evil there along with a blank empty stare. imo Richard doesn't have that. To me his behaviors and actions are of someone who is innocent and going crazy bc he's innocent. Again, I've been around evil people and they accepted their fate and dealt with it... Even if they would claim someone else done it or they were forced to. They got comfortable in prison. This whole case just has me baffled.
( and id like to add I've changed my life around and I earned a certificate as a peer recovery coach. Most importantly, Abby and Libby need justice. At the end of the day their lives were stolen. It's a shame how this has been treated. I couldn't imagine how their loved ones feel seeing all of this portrayed out like a circus).

Those 2 girls probably had no idea the case would get this big. They followed their instincts and recorded a man JUST IN CASE something happened to them and it did. It makes me so sad for them.

Look at how many people who were involved in all of Lori Daybell case. They remained silent.

The world IS watching. And many, like myself, are shocked at the inhumane treatment of RA and how he's been stripped of his Constitutional rights. I fear that he will not receive a fair trial. I've followed the court filings and lawyers following the case. I've sat through hours of podcasters reading the documents and commenting.. Something stinks in Delphi. I fear for RA's life and I fear that he will not receive a fair trial. Compare him to how Kohlberger, accused of 4 murders of young people, appears in court in a suit and tie with his hands free. I just can't accept or condone what's being done to RA. Innocence or guilt or community bld. lust, none of these matter. He is innocent unless proven guilty.

2 people confessed before Allen:

Elvis Fields told one sister on Feb 14 that he was at the trail, on the bridge, and a girl named Abby was a trouble maker so he had to give her horns. He asked his sister to get rid of his blue jacket. He confessed again to his other sister months later. When the first sister heard about the murders, she contacted police and passed a polygraph.

The woman who administered the polygraph was later killed with her daughter in a house fire.

Sometime in March/April of 2017, Ron Logan’s cell mate wrote a snitch letter about statements Logan made about the murders. They included details about the crinebscene and cause of death that no one knew for another 2 years.

Richard Allen, after six months of solitary confinement confessed to being on the trail. He had no details to offer.

Inhuman treatment for a person not yet convicted

I dont think RA committed the murders….AND I think RA was pressured to confess …they are trying to break that man…. (Why can’t people see this)

It doesn’t need to be a ‘grand conspiracy’ it only needs a small group of high up prison staff and police in a small area.

Richard Allen is being treated like a convicted felon and its unacceptable. If you think its okay to treat the accused this way, just be sure you dont break anything sliding down that slippery slope. It could just as easily be you one day here in "The land of the free".

why wouldn't they just release the actual phone call audio rather than just the stupid transcript? or better yet, the video of him on the phone AND the audio. you know there's both. this whole sitch is so SOOOO sketchy. you know how the unspent bullet could've gotten there? an insider police guy who planted it there. either at the time of the investigation, or up to 5.5yrs afterward. and the confession? they could've literally had a gun to his head to force him to say so, in the name of Odin.

And why is Richard Allen suffering harsh conditions? He HASN'T BEEN CONVICTED. This shouldn't be happening in the 21st century. Disturbing.

Can you imagine being charged with a crime and being instantly thrown in a maximum security prison without a trial and being treated as if you’re guilty? That is crazy. It’s medieval.

People, find the Franks motion online. A man’s sisters and gf came forward years ago and told LE that their brother had basically confessed to a cult like killing. There was a substance that resembled blood in the gf car after letting this same guy borrow it. Furthermore, this same man ASKED what would happen to him if his spit was found on Abby and he could explain it. This officer did nothing. Didn’t take him in for further questioning, nothing! It’s also now known that 13 yr old Abby was dating a 19 yr old who’s dad is a Odinist at that time. Talk about motive and opportunity. With all that, they thought Allen was their strongest suspect? The dad of this 19 yr old even has the look like bridge guy. If you don’t know, now you know.

Your "experts" are disappointing, CourtTv.

I remember the day Allen's house was being gone through by the police and there was a live news crew outside. The news crew stated that there were problems with the warrant and also something about the neighbor's garage being broken into and some hand tools being stolen. I think that is why the Defense team is requesting a Franks Hearing to see if the original search warrant was even legal to begin with. But I specifically remember there being questions about the warrant during that live broadcast.

So Richard Allen is dumb enough to "confess" on a recorded jail line and also so smart he evades law enforcement for 5 years?
