Richard Allen Admits to Delphi Murders

#BREAKING: Accused killer Richard Allen admitted during a jailhouse phone call with his wife that he killed 13-year-old Delphi, Indiana girls Abigail Williams and Liberty German. Earlier today, a judge ordered documents in the case be unsealed.
