Delphi Murders Defense Drops Bombshell on Eve of Trial

Opening statements in Richard Allen's double murder trial for the February 2017 deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German are scheduled for Friday. During jury selection, one of Allen's attorney, Andrew Baldwin, told jurors that hair found in Abby's hand did not match Allen. It's a piece of evidence the defense will likely point to raise reasonable doubt. When you look into this case, there is some very sus county & state officers & officials. Grizzly True Crime has a playlist of everything that has been going on. From police statements to court docs. The judge needs to be replaced.

All court cases should be streamed online. Prosecutors and judges, whether elected or appointed, should have their work fully accessible to the public. Reading a transcript only provides part of the picture; seeing the trial unfold on video gives a much clearer perspective. While there may be initial sensationalism, I believe it would fade as open trials become the standard.

Idk if this man is innocent or guilty but I do know that the accused has a right to a fair trial and proper defense. Getting this wrong is not justice for Libby and Abby. We want THE TRUTH. The girls deserve the truth. We can’t keep messing this up.
