What's really sad is all the money not being sucked up by lawyers.

Well I know in my state even if there's an arbitration agreement, I don't know if they they're even legal for employers to even do. You don't pay somebody and that gets reported to the state the state gets involved which nullifies the arbitration. And oh yeah, the company has to pay out two times the amount of what they didn't pay you and your attorney fees in any court cost and they're guaranteed to lose as long as unless they can prove that you didn't work that or they didn't owe it to you in some way. It puts the company on the defense and they have to prove no wrongdoing to the state. This is something that I've gotten from the state of Oklahoma wage an hour division so that's pretty good. And I've seen several employers have to pay out back pay big time because they thought they could cheat somebody out of some money

Then arbitration should be illegal, arbitration is corrupt why it’s even allowed??? The system is rotten.

Show me. I want to see proof. I don’t doubt companies screw workers but I want to see hard data. Thanks
