It’s perfectly written. Not wanting to be ourselves because it sometimes feels like a jail. A jail made of thoughts, lingering and rotting. You feel those unrest thoughts wandering and bouncing all over the linings of your brain.

Thank you for making this one. It's good to know you're not the only one feeling this way when you're going through it. It happens to all of us. Good job for bringing awareness to it.

This hit way too close to home.

There's comfort in knowing I'm not the only one.

This resonates with me. Everybody talks about an existential crisis by the way it starts: "I thought about dying, so I got scared". But my crises started because of me thinking "What _is_ my life? Do I follow my routines properly?", and the way you expressed it sympathizes with me on a deep level.

I felt like I was stuck in a loop, that loop being life itself. Even if I could get out of doing the things that make me me, I'd still be stuck with being alive. And the things that make me me are inextricable so I'd just be left empty. So this anxiety could be triggered by me thinking about day-to-day life, these thoughts could be neutral or even positive, but then they get turned into stress by the right side of my brain.

And this phase began last Sunday, but thankfully it's clearing up now, yet my triggers still work somewhat. I hope it clears up to the end of this week.

that feeling when someone else precisely articulates your emotions and you realize they understood you far more than you did in that moment

I maybe have some unsolicited advice. I hope it makes sense.

Simply detach. From everyone and everything. Even from yourself.
Detach from emotions, ego, things, dreams, traumas, relationships, work, all of it. None of it defines you. You are an infinite being in an infinite universe.
Simply become an observer because it's all transient. Everything changes.
That's not to mean you stop caring about what's important to you. It means that regardless of the outcome, you carry on. Let nothing affect your stability, good or bad.

Suffering ends when we achieve stillness. Like an ancient tree through various seasons.

Just something I've learned through my experiences.

Thanks for making this video, mate. Good luck for everything!
😊

At 53, it's interesting to see this video. On thing that doesn't change in life: issues and problems will always be there. The trick is how we "decide" to handle it. One phrase that I heard from Iyanla Vanzant use: "Take a breath." Once I heard this. it resonated with me. Taking that breath has allowed me to pause, reassess, plan and repeat if necessary. While we can't control the world we can control ourselves.

Oh God, the screaming, the words, the EVERYTHING. It didn't just resonated, it DRAGGED the depression out of he and in the front. God, I've felt this and went through this and hated it so much.

Just found out your channel, watched a couple of videos and they are so good. Smart, deep, so much put into a minute.

I am currently in a hotel room, on a business trip, away from my family, got a nasty flu the other day and your videos just made my evening. Thank you!
