Hey Dan, with Target CPA is it necessary to import offline conversions back into google ads to give the algorithm better data?

I do PPL LeadGen, and get many conversions but only certain segmented leads would actually be “qualified”

Hi Dan, it seems that in Discovery campaigns you can't choose device bid adjustment?
I want to fully exclude Computers and can't find how to do it or if it's possible at all
