When you run on a low budget, you make these types of animation

As the ice melts off Greenland, the land will rise, and some of the surrounding ocean bed will rise with it. If it all melts, Greenland will rise a lot. It looks like it is just a bunch of rocks, with a big lump of ice stuck inbetween them so it's not going to be very interesting.
