*RECIPES*
1. Buffalo "Chicken" Steamed Cauliflower
-Cauliflower (steam for 20 minutes or until soft & tender)
-Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
-Melted Butter (optional)

2. Crock Pot Pulled Chicken
-Chicken Breasts or Thighs
-Primal Kitchen Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
-Slow cook for 4-6 hours & shred

3. Cookie Dough Bites
-Baking Flour/Oat Flour/Almond Flour (your choice)
-Tbsp of Peanut Butter
-Splash of Vanilla Extract
-1/4 cup Maple Syrup (more or less depending on preference)
-Milk...start slow & add until cookie dough consistency
-Chocolate chips (optional)

4. Acai Bowl
-Frozen Unsweetened Acai
-1 Frozen Banana
-Frozen Strawberries, Blueberries and/or Blackberries
-Flaxseeds
-Protein Powder
-Raw Cacao Powder
-Green Moringa Powder
-Almonds
-Pumpkin Seeds
-Brazil Nuts
-Hazelnuts
-Spinach
-Vanilla Extract
-Celtic Sea Salt
-Milk (go slow)
-Cup of Ice
**Blend until ice cream consistency. Add toppings like fruit, granola, honey, etc.

5. Baked Potato "French Fries"
-Poke potatoes with fork
-Drizzle olive oil & salt on potatoes
-Bake at 425 degrees in oven for 1 hour
-Drizzle with Primal Kitchen Special Sauce & Enjoy!

Love this video. I eat clean too—no gluten, sugar, GMOs, bad oils, etc. We also use Thrive Market and have the Primal Kitchen sauces. I don't really enjoy cooking, so this video is super helpful to give me ideas to (literally) spice up my mostly-whole-foods diet. Hope you continue with these videos, and I agree with the commenter that there's no need to call a healthy lifestyle "weird." Let's normalize health and healthy living.

If you add a Tbsp or so of coconut flakes to cookie bites it has the best texture and adds some extra healthy fats. 🤩❤️ love your recipes shea!!

My kids' favorite afterschool snack has always been raw carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, diced finely, mixed in with mashed avocado with salt. It is so healthy, but tastes like chips and dip that you eat with a spoon. For a dessert I take an individual sugar-free pudding, any flavor, mix with berries and top with a dollop of whipped cream, nuts and a cherry, like an ice cream sundae, without the ice cream. They love it and don't miss the ice cream.

Your exactly right you don't have to wrap potato in foil, I watched test kitchen and they said you'll have a more fluffy potato by not wrapping in foil, they suggested poking holes then brining for a few seconds then bake without oil for 45 minutes then drizzle oil and finish cooking for 15 minutes I only use this method now potatoes are chef kiss.

That Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce is SO good! We put it on everything. I also typically buy them on Thrive (that Hawaiian BBQ one too!) But right now, if you live somewhere where there is a Stop & Shop, all Primal Kitchen is $2 cheaper than on Thrive! Thrive Market is usually cheaper but this sale is right now when you've uploaded this! 🎉

I loved it all!! And I love Boulder chips - crunch! Also I have never baked a potato in foil. Now you're going to make me ask at restaurants how they bake their potatoes, and think I'm a wacko too.
