Is it normal for the iud strings to hang near the vaginal opening? I got my iud a month ago and I heard the cervix "drops" when you're on your period, before I was unable to even reach my strings and now they're in the opening, I don't feel anything hard plastic or anything like that. My doctor won't see me for two months so I'm just trying to ease my mind until the appointment.

so skyla is use for those who didn't have baby or can you use it if you had a baby
