Easy Homemade PICKLED JALAPEÑOS

Ingredients
1 kg of jalapeño peppers
Handful of dried chickpeas
2-3 slices of lemon
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of granulated sugar & salt
150 ml of grape vinegar (for each jar)
Hot water
Preparation
1- Cut 1 kg of jalapeño peppers into rings without deseeding.
2- Put handful of dried chickpeas in a glass jar.
3- Place some jalapeños on top of the chickpeas.
4- Halfway through the jar, add 3-4 cloves of garlic and 2-3 slices of cut lemon.
5- Continue adding jalapeños by pressing until the jar is full.
6- With 1 kg of jalapeño peppers, 3 500 ml jars of pickles can be prepared.
7- Add 1 tsp of granulated sugar and salt to each jar.
8- Pour 150 ml of grape vinegar over the jalapeños.
9- Fill the jars fully with hot water, close the lids tightly and turn the jars upside down on their lids.
10- After being cooled, store in a dark, cool place.
11- Pickled jalapeños will be ready to serve in two weeks.
