You are so entertaining to listen to!😂 I legit have been doing this challenge for the last 2 weeks and weigh myself today. However, I am taking one day off a week, since I am also doing Chloe Ting every day and getting in 10, 000 steps in a day as well. Great job on everything and your discipline is awesome!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

this is the video i needed to see...i gained qurantine weight....i was skinny now i gotta lose it again :( but good thing is your my starting weighed && im doing 3-5 miles a day..so im so happy i get to see someone my size so i can know what to expect! its been almost 3 weeks && yes about the food craving part...im hardly ever hungry also

Don't count the miles. Count the minutes. I always do around 30 minutes of either running/jogging or swimming every day. When I run, I always always have music with me. The minutes/miles go by so so much easier when you have the music to accompany you! When I swim, I don't have the music, but I tend to not push myself and just relax. What helps in swimming is to do the right stroke. Backstroke is the BEST stroke when you're doing a long swim. Why? Well, your mouth and nose is out of the water most of the time, so you can breathe much easier. Its a little slower than the front crawl, but at the same time, that makes it a challenge for me to work on the technique so that I can keep up with EVERYONE who all they do is front crawl. I do some front crawl as well, but its so common and old that its boring to me. So I recommend you alternate run/swim for you exercise! What do you think? Great video!

I tried this for like 4 days until i noticed my knees were burning from all the running, maybe i should try 3 miles only 2 times a week having the days evenly spread apart? Running every day sounds counterproductive long term. I don’t know though, i ain’t no doctor
Maybe doing an alternative way of cardio such as swimming or other type of cardio that isn’t as rough on your joints in between the days you don’t run to prevent injuries?

I want loose only 3 inches of my bloated stomach and I m skinny and I had hip and thigh fat too so my weight is 45 kg and age is 21 tell me something exercise that can be done I m skinny fat?
