I like how Bendi is walking in the background just like "Don’t mind me but I need to be involved." and "I'm the perfect beginner pet.”

Tbh when it comes between getting a ball python or corn snake as your first snake, get the corn snake. When I was doing research for my first snake, every source I read said corn snakes were better and that ball pythons weren’t always the best for beginners. I was in denial because Ball pythons are cute and I thought corn snakes were not (I was wrong.) now I have both and I can say: Ball pythons can actually be very difficult if they fast. Never rely on naturally having a bp that never fasts. Also, they’re picky on humidity and humidity can be difficult sometimes. As someone who has both I can say that corn snakes truly are the best beginner snake because beginner mistakes will do them the least harm !!

I'm wanting a Mexican Black Kingsnake, just need to convince my mom and Stepdad...they are not a fan of snakes.

Edit: Thank you for all the likes 🥺 Hope everyone gets their snakes!!

Edit: It's 2021 April 20th, still no snake. It's been a year and now I'm trying for a Ball Python. In this year I hope most of you got your pet snakes. Much love to your little sneks.

Edit: August 30th, still not snake but Im getting really close! Maybe a 1 to 2 more months

Edit: October 6th, still no snake...but I will never give up.

if you fed a corn snack to much food, and they popped, would they become POPcorn snakes?

I don’t know why I even noticed this but when Taylor is holding up her snake (the red one) at 6:34 you can see cut marks on her wrist and their is a fresh one with blood. I think my first thought was whoa. . Did the snake bite her but then when I paused it and looked closer I can see the older scars and that just breaks my heart for her the kind of pain she must be going through. I’m so sorry I just want her to know she is beautiful and loved and has much to offer. I’m sorry for pointing this out if it bothers you Taylor but I thought if I point it out maybe other people will join in telling you how special and important that you are to them and that your not alone in your pain and struggles. Much love 💗 edit: if anyone that is struggling mentally needs help you can reach out to me I will listen.

I’m glad you’re doing better. I’ve been through a state of mind that was also not healthy, but you’ve been through soo much, stronger than I could have ever been

Just wanted to remind you that you’re loved by thousands and we only want you to be happy. your mental and emotional health is above everything else. I’m still struggling w/own mental & emotional issues I literally just quit my job (yesterday was my first day) I’ve been struggling w/self harm for 8 years Still am. I got my first ball python in April for my bday (did a lot of research for 3 years and bought some books too and watched you, josserjungle, emzotic and bhb) pets in general are too good for humans we don’t deserve them. Levi (my bp) has helped me a lot w/my emotional health caring for him distracted me from other stuff. But I just want to let you know you’re doing great that you’re enough and it doesn’t hurt to take some time off to breathe from the internet in general. 💕

The first snake I ever owned was a milk snake and she was the most chill pet I've ever had (aside from fish) but after watching this I can see its because she was old! The breeder I got it from told me she was old and only had about a year left but she lasted about 4 years with me! She was so sweet and never so much as hissed at anyone. Miss her <3
Thank you for this great education vid!

I got a Brazilian rainbow boa as my first snake, they're very easy as long as you do research and are willing to be patient with them (they're very shy and take a while to eat)
