I have noticed that the biggest problem with keto is that you are generally at a caloric deficit due to reduced hunger. I struggled with strength for quite some time before forcibly increasing calories and total protein, at which point my strength quadrupled. Definitely a humbling experience attempting to consume 3000 calories while still eating keto
