In true ketosis your body will will convert nonessential muscle into glucose. Nor can your muscles operate at full potential. Nor is the "keto diet" any more effective at weight loss than other diets. Keto has become a big business - it's all about money.

Good video brotha. I’ve ran into this problem. Been doing keto and have been weight training for years. Only thing is I did lose muscle mass and it’s very hard to maintain muscle on this diet. I’m typically getting in one gram of protein per lean body mass weight daily, but I still seem to be getting skinnier even with one day a week of carb loading. I’m about 12 percent body fat. Do you have any tips or should I start implementing carb cycling to keep maintenan increase the protein intake? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
