2003-2007 Accord Front Engine Mount Replacement (4 cyl AT)

How to remove the existing front engine mount and install a new one on a 03-07 Honda Accord 2.4L 4 cylinder automatic.
Replacing this and the rear mount solved my rough idle problem! I did a valve adjustment and cleaned the throttle, and was scared I would need to replaced the idle air control valve (IACV), but thankfully this solved the issue.

The hose at the bottom off the motor mount is for vacuum .No liquids

That air line feeds a pressure sensor that tells the computer if the car is going down a steep grade it will roll the motor forward, applying pressure and the ECU will downshift. At least that's the way the same mount on my Honda Odyssey is setup.

Hi Clint - Did you notice any improvement in vibration level after VALVE ADJUSTMENT? Was the vibrations especially strong in drive mode with the brake pressed? and more vibrations with air-con on?

dude. At 2:32 in the video, i really need to know exsctly where to place my jack to lift up the engine/trans.
I'm stuck at the part where the mount bracket comes off. I have all 4 bolts off that bracket and i can't wiggle it off. I tried for like 2 hours. Is it because i have to jack the engine and trans up or something? Pleasee

how is it holding up? I bought an aftermarket motor mount for my 4 cylinder 07 accord too and months later it is vibrating badly. mine was a Dea motor mount and I should of bought an oem instead.

What were your symptoms before replacement? Did you try using a vacuum gauge to test the mount as it says is the service manual?
